This is a great weeknight recipe for one or two people to throw together for a satisfying meal with “planned”-overs for the next day’s lunch or dinner.
A promise kept
Not too long ago, I listened to a panel discussion of three local bloggers at the monthly lunch meeting of the Southwest Missouri chapter of PRSA. I remember tweeting the discussion inspired me to revive Serendipity from a rather long slumber. A friend replied with “Yes, please.”
So, here it is. Refreshed. Reformatted. Featuring the lovely calligraphy of my dear friend Jennifer. The featured posts on the homepage slide show are my favorites from the “old days.” And, I have some tweaking do to because I changed blogging platforms. Be patient as I fix the finer details; not everything looks the way I’d like it to after the data import.
Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy reading them and catching up with me, as I wind down this road.
